Ambassador Marie‑Antoinette Rose‑Quatre is the CEO of the African Peer Review Mechanism (APRM), appointed in 2024 by the African Union. A seasoned diplomat, she has served as Seychelles’ Ambassador to SADC states, Member of Parliament, and Leader of Government Business. With over 20 years of experience in diplomacy, politics, and governance, she now leads APRM’s mission to strengthen governance across Africa under the AU’s Agenda 2063.
